It's good that you have given Alice more definition, but you just need to blend her in abit as well, i love the whole thing, it's just that what you've done is made alice stand out, but she feels kind of stuck on now rather than apart of the picture? Just try some blending and hopefully that will make it work! :D
i think that its the tool youve used for the blending on p.shop, it doesnt do your line work any justice, i agree with chiu, hand rendered will probably sort it out.
also, could you try adding colour to her wings only? but leaving the rest in b&w?
just an idea.. it might just pick her out that little bit more without making the two elements completely different?

mm when i see it from a certain distance it looks alright bt when i get to see it closer it s like something's wrong with it...

I think Murray is right, but I would do the blending in pen, rather than on the computer
